Mohan P. Nagarajan

Mr. Mohan P. Nagarajan, the Chairman and Managing Director of Sidvin, is the force and the spirit behind the company. It was his vision coupled with the interest to build engineering marvels that was responsible for the birth of Sidvin in February 2000.

Mr. Mohan is a serial entrepreneur and is the force behind the success of Sidvin Core-Tech (India). He has pitched India’s engineering talent against the best in the world and has brought laurels for the company from across the world. In a short span of nine years Sidvin has moved from strength to strength and has established itself as a premier player in the world of Oil & Gas Engineering.

Mr. Mohan's dedication and commitment along with his values of integrity and honesty paid off in 2008 when Sidvin was recognized by STPI Bangalore as one of the fastest growing industry for the year 2007-2008.

Mohammed Ismail Samsi

Mr. Mohammed Ismail Samsi is a successful entrepreneur with businesses as varied as Infrastructure development, Construction, IT & Engineering Services. 

He is a highly successful, proactive and visionary commercial business entrepreneur; with a broad wealth of expert knowledge and experience developed within digital new media, internet and mobile technologies; to include business strategy and development, revenue generation, commercial and financial management, brand development, marketing, and PR.

Mr. Samsi brings to Sidvin the vast experience in business strategy, technology and commercial management. His attention to quality standards drive all at Sidvin to achieve perfection. He today enjoys a prominent status in society, holds honorary and prestigious offices in various organizations and contributes to various social and economic causes.

EMR Naidu

Mr. EMR Naidu brings wide experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction). He heads all the engineering departments in Sidvin.

Mr. EMR Naidu, with more than 35 years of experience, has been a pillar of strength for the engineering teams & constantly provides guidance, training and solutions to critical issues faced by the teams.

Prior to joining Sidvin, he has handled various projects including V.S.S.C (Vikram Sarabhai Space Center) NAL connected with re-entry of satellite vehicle back to Earth; Sea Bird Project (Karwar); Second Launch Pad for SHAR/ISRO (Government of India), Cryogenic Field, Inter plant piping. At Sidvin he has headed projects like The National Titanium Dioxide Co. Ltd. - Cristal, Saudi Arabia; bulk storage facilities for propellant (ISRO, SHAR); Whessoe Oil & Gas (Structural, Piping and Civil works of Rabigh project, Pipe support analysis for Adriatic LNG), etc.
